Refund

If your item is damaged please refer to the warranty claim.

If you are not satisfied with your Deft online purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase (Email receipt)
  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • You will be credited for the purchase less original freight cost.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

How to receive a refund on your Deft product:

Print and send us the complete Refund form include this form with your Deft product along with your contact information. We encourage you to send your Deft product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Deft Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at hello@deftoptics.com

Once we have received the item we will do our best to refund the purchase amount less the original freight cost within 5 business days (provided contact information has been included with your product).

Note: Items purchased from an Authorized retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
