If you are not satisfied with your selection from your online purchase you may exchange the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • You will be credited for the purchase less original freight cost.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.

Print and send us the complete exchange form include this form with your Deft product along with your contact information. We encourage you to send your Deft product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Deft is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
