How to make a Warranty Claim
First, read through the warranty policy to verify that you qualify.
Print and send us the complete warranty claim form include this form with your Deft product along with your contact information. We encourage you to send your Deft product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as Deft Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at email@example.com
Once we have received the item we will do our best to contact you via email within 5 business days (provided contact information has been included with your product).
If your claim is accepted under the warranty policy, Deft Optics will provide a unique code that can be used on our website, deftoptics.com. This code can be used one-time and will be for the purchase price of the original item.

Deft Optics Warranty Policy:
If you experience a manufactures defect in the materials or workmanship of your Deft Optics, we offer a warranty for up to 1 year from the purchase date and replace the product at no charge. Deft Optics has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. Apparel and accessories including hats and wallets are not covered under the1 year warranty policy.
Deft Optics will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store or one of our authorized dealers within the US. If you purchased the product from one of our national retailers such as Pacsun or Tilly’s please contact them directly. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to Deftoptics@gmail.com
This warranty lasts up to 90 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers all parts of your Deft product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or any other damages incurred from the user.
The warranty does cover the Prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted. We are not responsible for any prescription lenses that arrive into the Deft warranty center.
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Deft Optics. Deft Optics is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
